  1. Run Regedit, and go to this key:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Office\\10.0\\Outlook\\Security \t\t\t\t(change 10.0 to 9.0 for Outlook 2000 SP3 or to 11.0 for Outlook \t\t\t\t2003)<\/li>\n
  2. Under that key, add a new string value named Level1Remove.<\/li>\n
  3. For the value for Level1Remove, enter a semicolon-delimited list of file extensions. For example, entering this:.mdb;.url\n

    would unblock Microsoft Access files and Internet shortcuts. \t\t\t\tNote that the use of a leading dot was not previously required, \t\t\t\thowever, new security patches may require it. If you are using \t\t\t\t“mdb;url” format and extensions are blocked, add a dot to each \t\t\t\textension. Note also that there is not a space between \t\t\t\textensions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the registry key does not exist, create it. To create the registry key, locate and then click the following registry key:<\/p>\n

    Level1Remove<\/span><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    7.<\/td>\nPress ENTER.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    8.<\/td>\nRight-click the new string value name, and then click Modify<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    9.<\/td>\nType the file name extension of the file type that you want to open in Outlook. For example:<\/p>\n
