\nClick Start -> Control Panel -> Open Administrative Tools
\nOpen Local Security Settings ->Click Software Restriction Policies<\/p>\n
If no software restrictions are defined, right click the Software Restriction Policies node and select New Software Restriction Policy<\/p>\n
Double click Enforcement<\/p>\n
Select “All users except local administrators”<\/p>\n
Click OK<\/p>\n
